[p. 209] Aspecificcase in whichthe electricfieldperformsthe doublefunctionof molecularexcitationand the creationof
intermolecularandatomicionsis beinggivenby the systemusedbythe inventor.
It is a systemutilizingthe principlesof the wire coronawitha concentriccylinderat differentpressures. The systemis modified
in conformityto the conceptthat chemicalreactionsmusttakeplace whenthe oppositelychargedmolecularionsfroman
appropriateactivatedcatalystare acceleratedagainstone anotherin the wirecorona. It consistsof a cylindermadeof a suitable
catalystfromwhichpositiveionsare emitted. The reactants(gases) streamingthroughthe chamberparallelto the lengthof the
wireattainthe polarityof the negativemolecularionsby the highelectricfieldclose to the wire. As these negativemolecular
ionsare acceleratedat the rightanglesto the wirein the directionof the electricfieldtowardthe positivelychargedcatalyst
cylinder, theyare met by an avalancheof onrushingatomic ionsfromthe catalyst. Acertainamountof reactiontakes place in
that instant, 10-8 seconds. However, someof the negativemolecularionsoutsidethe meanfree path of the positiveatomicions
are free to rush headlongtowardthe positivecylindricalfieldwheretheyare neutralized, andinstantlygivena positivechargeby
the avalancheof outrushingpositiveions. Thesepositivemolecularionsare acceleratedbackinto the fieldand collideagainst
the negativemolecularionscomingfromthe directionof the negativeelectrodecorona. Thismelee continuesuntil the reaction
hascometo a point wherethe individualparticipantsare eitherall goneor the mixtureis outsideof the electricfield: backrush
oscillations.
The Morayapparatuscombinedwithother equipment, consistsof a combinationof speciallyconstructedtubeswhichwe will
referto as valves, "pressuretransmitters", interceptorsandoscillators. The valvesare not rectifiersin the sensethattheyoperate
as radiovalvesin changingACor HFto DC. Theyhave anactualvalveactionin stoppingthe "flow" of energywhichmaybe
thoughtof as oscillatoryactionsimilarto the wavesof the sea, withoutrectification, fromreturningto the outer circuit, muchas
a retainingwall couldstopthe wavesof the seafromreturning. The other modalitiesand"tubes" of the deviceare equally
uniquein theirperformance. Althoughno newlawsof energyare beingadvancedor claimedas havingbeendiscovered, the
applicationin the methodof utilizationof the energythroughoutspaceis uniquein that "generation" is accomplishedby
oscillatoryutilizationratherthan bythe conventionalprimemover. Thesedetectortubeshave a synchronizedpull withthe
speciallydevelopedoscillatorsof highfaradiccapacityand providea meansthroughwhichoscillatingenergymaypass to

withintheircircuitsinitialoscillationswhichcoincidewiththe oscillationsof the universe.
Specialprovisionis providedto stopREtubesfrombecomingblockedin theirdissipationof the chargescreatedbythe
oscillationsthat continuallyaccumulatebasedon the oscillatorycapacitybackrusheffectcommonto capacitorsan hereinapplied
in vacuumtubes. Thisactionof these deviceshasthe effectof enlargingand prolongingthe time of chargeanddischargeof the

throughthe interceptor's valvesand oscillatorsin the circuitwhichset up in the circuitelectricalpulsationscorrespondingto the
energywavescapturedby the interceptorandagainkept fromreturningto the secondouter circuitby "multi-walled" valves. The
finaltubesact as energypressuretransmitterswith a meansto prevent"shunting" condensationbya specialformof "getter".
Thisstops condensationaccumulatingat the baseof the tubeswhichwouldblocktheirionicaction.
Onemust"split" the energydischargebandinto lines of variation(call thiswhatyou will), lines of energyor linesof light
beyondthe "lightrays". The oscillations, therefore, do notbecomesimpleoscillationsbutthroughthe action of the universeset
up anenergyflow whichmightbe referredto as the assertionof inertia. When inertiasets in, the actionwill continuebecauseof
the oscillationsof the cosmos, otherwiseone wouldhave a completedissipationof energyand no oscillations. The oscillation
will vibrateduringthe same periodof time regardlessof the potential, butthe rateof vibrationof the devicedependson the
"capacity" of itsmodalities, i.e., condensers, etc...
[p. 212] Puttogetherin pureenergyresonancecertainenergyrespondingapparatuswhichsynchronizewiththe resonanceof
certainvibrationsin the universe, andwhatdo you have? Useableenergyfromthe universe. Thisenergymaycometo the planets
as oscillationssimilarto the oscillationsandtidesof the sea. The REtubesreceivedthisenergyin surgeswhichmaylast onlya
few microsecondsby the pressureand currentin thosesurgesare so strongthat sufficientenergyis deliveredto the equipmentin
resonanceto beuseablein multiplesof flashesandin a magnitudewhichcompeteswiththe lightof day. Rememberresonance
andpressurecan doa lot to amplifyenergy. Alsorememberthat the vibrationsgoingoutfromthe sourcesin the universemust
alsoreturnto their sources. Nothingis lost. Thereis onlya loweringof potentiallike wateroverthe wheel.
The REtubespresentno newlawsof physics. Theysimplyexpandthe applicationof known lawstherebyobtainingresultsnotat
firstdeemedpossible. Thisis the historyof science. REtubespossessgreaterabilityto obtain"saturation" and thuschargethe
accompanyingcapacitorsor condensersat a more steadyrate. When a certainvoltageis reached, ionizationoccursin the gases
of the dischargedtube ad causesthe condensersof the valvecircuitto dischargeinto other condensersof the valvecircuitto
dischargeinto other condensersof the oscillatorsandthe other modalitiesof the circuit.
Whenionizationin the precedingtubesis nolongerpossiblebecauseof the reducedvoltage, the processstartsall overagain. The
firstvalvepassesvibrationsof energyinto an oscillatorycircuit; ionizationsets in, a dischargeoccurs, and energypassesthrough
anothervalveinto other oscillators. The processis repeatedfromthe firststage on to the secondstage, on to the third and so on,
muchlike a bucketbrigade. Thatis whyI askedyearsago, "Cannota steadyflowof waterbe obtainedfromthe wavesof the sea
or energyfromthe vibrationsof the cosmos?"...
Whena vibrationof anykindstrikesa boundarybetweentwo media of differentvibratoryimpedancesat an angleof lessthan
90 degrees, a transformationof the vibratoryrate maybechangedinto anothervibratoryrate. The REdevicethereforewill
continueto captureenergyby resonance, or call it whatyou will, as longas the "keep alive" vibrationof the cosmoscontinuesto
oscillatethe variousstagesof the valvesandoscillatorsin the circuit. Simple, is it not? Just a case of the trappingof energy
