Laudal O.A. Geometry of Time-Spaces: Non-Commutative Algebraic Geometry, Applied to Quantum Theory
World Scientific Publishing Company, 2011, 142 pages

This is a monograph about non-commutative algebraic geometry, and its application to physics. The main mathematical inputs are the non-commutative deformation theory, moduli theory of representations of associative algebras, a new non-commutative theory of phase spaces, and its canonical Dirac derivation. The book starts with a new definition of time, relative to which the set of mathematical velocities form a compact set, implying special and general relativity. With this model in mind, a general Quantum Theory is developed and shown to fit with the classical theory. In particular the "toy"-model used as example, contains, as part of the structure, the classical gauge groups u(1), su(2) and su(3), and therefore also the theory of spin and quarks, etc.

Sрringer, 2011, 131 pages | This book continues the fundamental work of Arnold Sommerfeld and David Hestenes formulating theoretical physics in terms of Minkowski space-time geometry. We see how the standard matrix version of the Dirac equation can be reformulated in terms of a real space-time algebra, thus revealing a geometric meaning for the number i in quantum mechanics. Next, it is examined in some detail how electroweak theory can be inte...

Starting from a simple description of geometry, the topics are systematically developed to the big bang theory with a simple derivation of the cosmic background temperature. Several informative examples are worked out in detail as well. Basics of geometry and relativity Relativistic d...

World Scientific Publishing Company,2009,236 p. This book presents recent and ongoing research work aimed at understanding the mysterious relation between the computations of Feynman integrals in perturbative quantum field theory and the theory of motives of algebraic varieties and their periods. One of the main questions in the field is understanding when the residues of Feynman integrals in perturbative quantum field theory evaluate to periods...

Springer Science+Business Media, 2006, 333 pages Operational Quantum Theory II is a distinguished work on quantum theory at an advanced algebraic level. The classically oriented hierarchy with objects such as particles as the primary focus, and interactions of the objects as the secondary focus is reversed with the operational interactions as basic quantum structures. Quantum theory, specifically relativistic quantum field theory is developed t...

World Scientific Publishing Company, 1999, 209 pages Einstein endorsed the view of Kaluza that gravity could be combined with electromagnetism if the dimensionality of the world is extended from 4 to 5. Klein applied this idea to quantum theory, laying a basis for the various modern versions of string theory. Recently, work by a group of researchers has resulted in a coherent formulation of 5D relativity, in which matter in 4D is induced by geo...
