Inteational Telecommunication Union (ITU). Edition of 2012. 436 p. This revision of the Radio Regulations, complementing the Constitution and the Convention of the Inteational Telecommunication Union, incorporates the decisions of the World Radiocommunication Conferences of 1995 (WRC-95), 1997 (WRC-97), 2000 (WRC 2000), 2003 (WRC-03), 2007 (WRC-07) and 2012 (WRC-12). The majority of the provisions of these Regulations shall enter into force as from 1 January 2013; the remaining provisions shall apply as from the special dates of application indicated in Article 59 of the revised Radio Regulations
