There were many cases in the world history when the definite language was banned because of some reasons: the Irish have suffered, the Welsh have suffered and Urdu and the Estonians' language banned; the Basques' language was banned, at various times. These all are the examples of such situations. But why did it happen? Who made these situations happen? Let me give some examples from the history.
